Obesity has become a world wide health problem , many countries over the world are facing obesity among all age group.
Obesity percent increased by 41% in united states while its 25% in UAE .obesity is defined as excess fat in the body that is accumulated by consuming too much calories than required.
In fact there are many reason lead to obesity access food consumption is considered to be the main leading cause of obesity .physical in activity is another cause of obesity . genetic factor also contribute in this problem .
The problem is the effect of obesity in health. Obesity can lead to hypertention, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
On the other hand managing obesity is not a difficult process, some changes in your habit can help your status to be better. Life style modification can help a lot in managing this problem.
Physical activity can improve your health status .being active 30-45 minutes during the day can help a lot in weight reduction .
Choosing healthy food following healthy diet and caloric restriction help in weight reduction.
Finally, we should care about our health and start changing our habit , reducing your weight by 10 % can improve your health status a lot.
